160 Acre Chemical Plant

Town Hall Function Hall Sound System Installation

Function Halls get Public Address systems

PAS were awarded the contract to design, and install a flexible sound system for a large reverberant function hall at a north west Town Hall. With a wide variety of functions that can take place in the venue, the council needed a system which
was not only adaptable, but also intelligible in this large space.

Previous systems had been ineffective at meeting the ever changing requirements and combating the lively acoustics. By utilising Bose high performance line array speakers and a sophisticated control arrangement, the hall now boasts a sound system that can meet virtually any event requirement. Wireless gooseneck microphones also compliment the system.

A second similar system was installed also to the smaller function suite above, which despite its much smaller size had lively acoustics due to its high wooden ceiling. The same Bose line array speakers were installed which now enable clear, intelligible speech and music to be audbile within the room.
